Draft Horsham Town Plan Sustainability Appraisal

If adopted, the Draft Horsham Town Plan has the potential to have wider social, environmental and economic impacts. The Council has therefore carried out a process known as a Sustainability Appraisal. This process identifies the impacts that a plan (such as the Draft Horsham Town Plan), may have on a number of environmental, social and economic issues (eg biodiversity, health and retail impacts), and sets out ways in ways the plan could be amended or improved to prevent or minimise any negative effects that might otherwise occur.
This document sets out the results of the Sustainability Appraisal of the Draft Horsham Town Plan, and we would be interested in hearing any views you may have on this document.
