Welcome to the West of Bewbush Joint Area Action Plan Consultation Portal
The current consultation event (available below) is the Joint Area Action Plan which was submitted to the Secretary of State on 30 May 2008.
There now follows a period of six weeks when formal representations can be made on the Submission Joint Area Action Plan. This feedback will then be considered by an Inspector, appointed by the Secretary of State, who will carry out an Examination of the Joint Area Action Plan to test its ‘soundness’ for adoption. The Examination hearings are likely to take place early in the new year.
